The initiative includes:
For the Bank of Italy.
a paid public cloud service of the Software as a Service (SaaS) type configured to be completely independent from the operation of the Institute's IT systems for communication management in emergency with n. 7,100 subscriptionsn, according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 1,800 units with a consequent increase in fee;
a body test environment sized for the management of n. 100 users;
initial specialist services including activation assistance, customization of the op environmentoperational and staff training;
an annual quantity of SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for the above service with the option to extend the quantities based on consumption with 40 packages of 10,000 additional SMS and n. 8 packages of 10,000 additional "voice calls";
sspecialist assistance services on a pay-as-you-go basis up to a maximum of 160 person-hours.
For IVASS.
the public cloud service at the above-mentioned fee with no. 420 subscriptions according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 150 units with a consequent increase in fee;
a quantityannual number of SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for the aforementioned service.
