Description:
Consulting services for support on organisational, process and change management issues divided into the following macro areas: organisation; business process reengineering; project management; change management; business plan.
The Supplier is required to execute, by way of example,the following activities: (i) operational and methodological support for the identification and design of the optimal organizational solution(s), with identification of organizational sizing, of specific Rai areas; (ii) operational/methodological support for process design and procedure draftingures and operating instructions; (iii) operational/methodological support for the assessment of the regulatory/compliance impacts on Rai's Regulatory Model; (iv) support for change management plans and actions on specific areas/projects; (v) definition and development of detailed work plansI of the various initiatives; (vi) project management activities for the management and coordination of initiatives and related monitoring of the progress; (vii) support in drafting project documentation; (viii) drafting of operational business plans on specific areas. The Cthe sender reserves the right to request the performance of similar and contiguous activities to those listed above.
