Description:
The purpose of the assignment is the management of the local public transport service carried out in the Municipality of Brescia by means of the fully automated, self-guided Light Metro line called "Metrobus" and ancillary services (first functional section Prealpino - S. Eufemia), including the following activities:
-technical management, with a production of approximately 1.75 million trains/km on an annual basis;
-ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the infrastructure, as per the maintenance plan;
-maintenance of the systems of collection, issue and control of securities8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6fare;
-cleaning of stations and vehicles;
-management and control of travel tickets, surveillance inside the Metrobus, customer service - call center and lost property;
-marketing and commercial promotion, exploitation of the commercial spaces inside the Metrobus; information to the publicthrough the press and other communication channels.
Public service obligations are envisaged relating to universality, territoriality and continuity of the service, minimum frequency, daily and weekly service hours, punctuality and reliability, maintenance, monitoring and reportingtion, adherence to integrated tariff systems, general transport conditions, information and communication to the public, quality of services offered, accessibility for travellers
