Description: The contract concerns a first intervention, currently financed, which is part of a building development initiative that will lead to the construction of the new Polytechnic University of Milan in the area called "Goccia" in the Bovisa area, in Milan . The intervention includes the reconversion of the first portion of "gasometer 2" and the arrangement of the external spaces and will allow the creation of new offices, study and research spaces, as well as outdoor equipped areas for outdoor activities by the community university. The remaining interventions of the initiative are part of the "unitary intervention program" which will be made public together with the announcement and will be subsequently assigned with negotiated procedures without announcement pursuant to art. 63, c. 5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
