  Notice to express interest for the signing of contracts for adhesion for the sale of products related to the mobility for the purpose of their subsequent marketing
  ATAC intends to sign contracts with the interested operators, in possession of the following requirements, for membership the sale of products related to mobility for their successgoes to the retail shops of the product categories referred to in Annex A-part II of the contract format attached to the Notice. The list of the above products will be communicated by ATAC upon signing the contract. ATAC reserves the right to insert any other products related to public and private transport after the signing of cONTRACT. ATAC will recognize the operators a premium in the entity indicated in the All And to the contract format attached to the Notice. The purchase price of the products is calculated, for the operators, by applying the percentage of premium on the facial price of sale to the public, reduced by VAT foreseen by the current legislation.   MainSite: Operators must market the products covered by this notice within the territory of the Lazio Region.
  Operators may express their interest in signing the aforementioned contracts no later than 11/30/2021, by making a request to ATAC. Until the signing of the contract the clauses envisaged in the format attached to this Avvisor may undergo variations.
  For the activities covered by this Notice the contractual conditions are established a priori and do not provide for any comparative negotiation, neither on the executive aspects nor on the economic aspects.
  All the contracts signed as a result of this Notice, independently from the date of stipulation, they will expire on 30.11.2022, consistent with the durationestablished by the Service Contract with Roma Capitale, without prejudice to the possibility for Atac itself to withdraw from the relationship without any charge against it in the event of revocation or termination of the in-house assignment, and in any case where there are reasons of public interest or provisions and / or directives of Local Authorities or other institutions whose Atac must compulsorily submit to, in conformity to that specified in art. 12 and 13 of the Accession Contract.
  The Contract Scheme relating to this procedure is published, together with this notice and related Models of declarations G, DGUE, A on the Atac Procurement portal.
  The procedure will be carried out exclusively with the support of the telematic tools. All the documentation requested must be sent exclusivelyusing the online methods through the Purchasing Portal ATAC S.p.A., website: https: //atac.i-faber.com. The interested parties must register on the Atac Purchasing platform; for any information on the technical functioning of the Portal, please refer to the dedicated i-Faber 02.86838479 number and to the parts compatible with this procedure.

  Individual and / or grouped companies are admitted pursuant to art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. Economic operators, consortia, temporary groupings of companies that incur the exclusion hypotheses contemplated by art.   a) as a general requirement:

  B) as requirements of economic-financial capacity:
  B1) Eligible bank references of at least one Credit Institution;
  B2) declaration attesting to a total overall turnover relating to the last 3 financial years available for an amount not less than 2 400 000.00 EUR, of which at least 2,000,000.00 EUR deriving from activities such as, by way of example and not exhaustive: sale of tobacco, salt, matches, revenue stamps, postal values, insurance brands, lottery and similar, fixed telephony payment and top-ups mobile telephony, payment of motorway tolls, sale of national, regional or similar lottery tickets, etc. (this dichiarazione must be included in the DGUE Model);
  B3) List, signed by the legal representative of the requesting Operator, of the main activities performed and descriptive report of its organizational and territorial structure, with indication of the warehouse (s) that will come / year used to carry out the marketing activities of the products;and of interest:
