  Supply of two storage systems and related warranty replacement service for five years.
  Main Site: INFN CNAF - Viale Berti Pichat 6/2 - 40127 Bologna and Legnaro National Laboratories - Viale dell'Universita 2 - 35020 Legnaro (PD).
  Supply of two storage systems with geo-replicationsynchronous graphics for the INFN Central Services infrastructure and its warranty replacement service for five years.
  Each candidate, together with the offer, must apply for participation and DGUE in accordance with the MIT Guideline of 18.7.2016, through the which, the legal representative will have to declare, according to the DPR 445/2000:
  - not to be in situations prevised by art. 80, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, - to possess the requisites of professional qualification as per art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,
  - the absence of conditions impeding participation in the tenders referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001 (if this situation emerges, the exclusion from the tender and the obligation of r will be arrangedto expose any unlawfully received and ascertained compensation in execution of the assignment),
  - possession of the ISO 9001: 2008 (or 2015) certification and of the ISO 14001: 2004 certification concerning the object of supply and ongoing validity, issued by a certification body accredited by Accredia or another European or international accreditation body pursuant to art'Art. 93, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,
  - the possession of the financial and technical-professional capacity requirements.
  Each candidate can use the models and the DGUE scheme made available by the contracting authority, following the instructions for completion. In the case of RTC, Ordinary Consortiums, EEIG, Enterprise Networks, the DGUE must be presented by each operator-The applicant must declare that he has achieved in the last three financial years approved on the date of publication of the notice a minimum annual turnover, referred only to industrial sectors relevant to the activities covered by the contract, of not less than EUR 150 000.00 (VAT excluded).
  Deposits and guarantees required: the offer must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee to sensi of the art. 93 D. Lgs. 50/2016 and s.m.i. as detailed in the Disciplinary of Tender. Delivery method: the envelope, which must go outside, under penalty of exclusion, the indication of the sender (including the domicile elected for communications and the e-mail address - pec for Italian economic operators) and the wording : "GE Act No. 11519 dated 13.11.2017 Offer for supply of" sStorage systems with synchronous geographic replication for the INFN "Central Services" infrastructure, must be sent by registered mail to the postal service or an authorized courier or delivery agency to the address indicated in point I.3. Subcontracting: with the authorization of the INFN and in compliance with the art. 105 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016 and s.m.i. and only if declared during the offer. In the event of a declaration of appeal for subcontracting, the indication of the sub-contractor's guidelines is mandatory. In the event that the competitor does not intend to perform the maintenance service, he / she must request, in sede of the offer, the authorization to subcontract. In this case the subcontractor undertaking that performs the maintenance must be ISO9001 certified. The contracting authority, pursuant to art. 216, paragraph 13, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and of the AVCP Resolution no. 111/2012, will use the AVCPass system to prove possession of the general, technical-professional and economic requirementsmico-finance. Therefore, all parties interested in participating in the procedure must register with the system on the ANAC Portal and acquire the PassOE relating to this procedure. The applications for participation do not bind the INFN to the completion of the tender. The INFN reserves the right not to proceed with the award if no offer is convenient or suitable. In-in the case of a tie between two or more offers, the successful bidder will be the one that has obtained the highest score in the technical bid. In the event of an absolute parity, the winning bidder will be designated by public drawing. The costs related to the mandatory publication of the notice (not exceeding EUR 3 500.00 excluding VAT), are to be borne by the successful tenderer and must be reimbursed tothe contracting authority within sixty days of the award, pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of 2.12. 2016. The contract concluded following the awarding procedure does not provide for any arbitration clause. The INFN complies with the Legislative Decree. n. 196/03 in the processing, also with IT tools, of the personal data provided for the participation inThis procedure. Responsible for data processing: Director of the Contractual Affairs Department and Directors of INFN facilities involved in the contract.
