Description:
Contract for the cleaning of the Joint Research Center of Ispra (Va), including conventional cleaning of premises, paved areas, including external areas, goods, as well as waste collection and supply... The Joint Research Center or Joint Research Centre (JRC), Ispra site, covers an area of approximately 166 ha with 30 km of roads. The paved surfaces (roads, courtyards, etc.) have a surface area of approximately 300,000 square meters and the buildings are approximately 300. The buildings develop a total surface area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The premises also include the residences and external services (Nursery, Club House, etc.) and some common parts of the ALER buildings in via Esperia, Ispra. Approximately 2,000 people, internal or external, are present daily at the JRC Ispra. All rooms must be cleaned regularly, waste collection must be guaranteed in the same way as rodent and pest control. Consequently, a contract is required to guarantee this service, which is essential for the daily management of the Ispra JRC site. The R.I.3 unit will be responsible for the administrative management of the contract and the control of the service. The needs are currently met through service contract no. 942530-2022 stipulated with Euro &Promos in force from May 2022.
