Description:
Services for the creation of competitive selections aimed at identifying resources to meet personnel needs throughout the national territory. For each selection announced by Rai in the period of execution of the contract, the successful tenderer, with the methods and according to theermini detailed in the Technical Specifications attached to the RdA, must carry out the following activities: (i) summoning the candidates; (ii) organization and management of a Pre-selective Test (multiple choice) Phase I; (iii) organization of tests and technical interviews (by a CommiRai ssion) and motivational interviews (carried out by assessors made available by the Supplier) Phase II; (iv) final reporting (rankings, dashboards, etc.); (v) management of access to documents (development and management of a dedicated website).
The overall amount represents a ceilingo maximum non-binding expenditure for Rai, up to which the various types of services covered by the Type 2 Framework Agreement can be commissioned by issuing specific Requests for Execution (RdE). Therefore, also in order to take full advantage of the advantages of suchand type of contract and mitigate the risks of any needs arising that were not previously planned or plannable, while the fee for each RdE will be determined on the basis of the unit prices indicated by the operator in its economic offer.
