The procedure will be carried out pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, as well as in accordance with the Legislative Decree. n. 77/2021 (converted with amendments into Law no. 108/2021) and to the Legislative Decree. 13/2023 (converted with amendments into Law no. 41/2023), with digital mode pursuant tothe articles 25 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (within the limits of art. 225 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023), through the use of the e-procurement platform activated by CAFC S.p.A. in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and by Legislative Decree no. 82/2005.
