a.design, authorization for operation, construction and management of a thermova plantlization authorized with operation R1, and treatment capacity of 600,000 tons/year of waste;
b. design, authorization for operation, construction and management of the ancillary systems responsible for the management of residual waste decaying from thermal treatment, the mitigation ofemissions of carbon dioxide and the optimization of the distribution of recovered energy carriers."
