- Description:
- The object of the competition is the development of a preliminary project for the new construction of a school building for primary and lower secondary schools with an adjoining gymnasium. The municipal administration intends to pursue the objective of providing the community with a new school buildingsafe, innovative from an architectural, plant and technological point of view and characterized by learning environments that can be adapted to the educational and organizational needs of a constantly changing school. The design competition takes place through an open procedure in anonymous formdivided into two stages with pre-selection through the presentation of proposed ideas, pursuant to art. 154, paragraph 4 of the Code for the construction of a new school complex for primary and lower secondary school and annexed gymnasium - 1st grade: (project idea), anonymously and withoutformation of merit rankings or awarding of prizes, open to all admitted subjects referred to in Title II of the notice. In the first level of the competition, the competitor must electronically submit the project proposal containing the required documents, i.e. graphic report, reportillustrative technique and verification of consistency with the functional program referred to in point 16 of the competition specifications.- The first level is aimed at selecting a maximum of 5 (five) project proposals, without ranking, to be admitted to the next 2nd degree.
