Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, through negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender, pursuant to art. 63 paragraph 2 lett. b of the Legislative Decree 18 April 2016 n. 50, through the rental of a motorized enteroscope and the supply of kitsdedicated monoexam.
Reason for publication: this notice intends to launch a preliminary market consultation in order to know if, unlike the information in the possession of this Contracting Authority, other Economic Operators in addition to Olympus Italia S.r.l., can provide products that meet the following characteristics:
Presence of an advanced motor (single motorized enteroscope) that determines the rotation, controlled by the user, of a disposable spiral placed near the end of the endoscope. The operator with an apposita pedal controls the direction of rotation of the spiral, determining the advancement or retraction of the instrument along the small intestine. The control unit constantly checks the applied force and eventually stops the system if this is excessive. Since advancement and rtraction of the instrument are general from the rotational movement of the spiral, stopping this rotation determines absolute stability of the instrument allowing accurate evaluation of the mucosa and effective treatment of any injuries.
