Description:
The subject of the Concession is the assignment by the Grantor exclusively to the Concessionaire in conditions of Economic and Financial Equilibrium, of the construction of the new Sports Hall "Arena di Cantu" in the Municipality of the same name - and subsequent management of the same Facility, with explicitreference to the activities of: • drafting of the Executive Project of the plant; • execution of the works relating to the plant according to the methods set out in the Works Specifications in compliance with the Design Documents, with all applicable regulations, with the Authorisations, with the Convention andd in line with the Economic and Financial Plan; • Management of the Plant and Provision of Services in compliance, inter alia, with all applicable legislation, with the Authorisations, with the Agreement and with the Management Specifications and in accordance with the Economic and Financial Plan, for the entire duration of theManagement Phase
