Description:
With determines to contract n. 6704 add. 21.06.2023 of the General Manager of the Financial Affairs Department, this Administration resolved to entrust the rating service for the Autonomous Province of Trento and its instrumental companies identified in the tender documents (Cassa del Trentino S.p.A., Patrimonio del Trentino S.p.A., Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. and Trentino Trasporti S.p.A.) through a competitive procedure with negotiation pursuant to art. 62 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, aimed at the stipulation of a specific framework agreement with two economic operators, without reopening the competitive comparison, forsensi dell'art. 54, comma 4, lettera a) del d.lgs. 50/2016.
