Description: With reference to lots NN. 1, 2, 3 and 4 (cd "application lots in the context of digital health - health information systems and services to the citizen"), the procedure is aimed at the conclusion of two framework agreements with multiple economic operators, for each lot concerning solutions Applications for the digitization of the SSN (multi-supplier):
I. A framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. a)
II. A framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. c)
With reference to lots NN. 5 and 6 (c.d. "support lots"), the procedure is aimed at the ratio of a framework agreement, for each of these lots, with a single economic operator pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 9, concerning support services for the digitization of the SSN (mono-supplier).
