• Company canteen organization and management service distributed via electronic card for Rai employees in the city of Rome involved in TV productions in external locations and in locations without... The contract is divided into a single lot for reasons of efficiency and homogeneity of services, as the services to be entrusted refer to non-divisible services from a functional point of view to be provided in a coordinated manner to guarantee the public interest pursued and according to performance requirements homogeneous overall aimed at the uniform provision of the service. The Minimum Environmental Criteria adopted by Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Sea no. do not apply. 65 of 10 March 2022 concerning the Service of collective catering and the supply of foodstuffs. The contract, in fact, as represented above, concerns only the assignment of the organization and management service of the company canteen distributed via electronic card through the preparation, at the sole expense of the successful tenderer, of a network of affiliated businesses, with the consequence that the services performed by the contractor, and better detailed in the "Description of services" paragraph of the Technical Specifications, are not attributable to the definition of "collective catering" provided for by the articles. 1 and 2 of the aforementioned Decree. The social clause referred to in the art. does not apply. 57 of the Code (considering, moreover, that the service is not the subject of existing contracts).
