Given that the company Holcim Italia S.p.A. has submitted a request to renounce cultivation mining referred to in the object, issued by regional decree n. 11006 of 11/07/2005, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 10 of regional regulation no. 7/2024, it is notified that anyone interested in the issue of the mixed concession referred to in the object may submit an application, including of the technical-administrative documentation, pursuant to article 7, paragraph 2 of the aforementioned regulation, with the exception of that referred to in the letter KK), within one hundred and twenty days from the date of the last publication of the notice which will be made known on the institutional website of the Lombardy Region.
Present Notice is made public through the publication in the Official Gazette of the European Union, in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and on the Burl of the Lombardy Region.
