Description:
The object of this Competition is the acquisition, after completion of the second stage, of a master plan for the entire Campus
with the provision of buildings and functions explained and in compliance with the requirements framework highlighted in the Guidance Document
for Design, and of two projects with levels8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6the in-depth analysis equal to the first elements of a technical and economic feasibility project for the realization:
1. of a building intended to host the activities of the "M.
Buonarroti" Scientific, Applied Sciences, Sports and Linguistics High Schools (lot I);
2. of a designated buildingto host the activities of the two-year food and wine course of the "S. Pertini" State Institute of Higher Education (lot II);
The aim of the competition is to select the best design proposal from among the projects presented with the consequent identification of the winning subjectand to whom, after obtaining the necessary economic resources, to entrust, with a negotiated procedure without tender, the subsequent phases of the design and possible direction of the works and coordination for the safety relating to the first and second lots.
