- annual service for the disposal, treatment and recovery of organic and biodegradable urban waste with CER code:

20.01.08 "Biodegradable waste from kitchens and canteens";
•
20.02.01 "Biodegradable waste produced by gardens and parks ";
according to the quantities estimated as follows:
•
CER 20.01.088965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6approximately 4,500 tons. /year;
•
CER 20.02.01 approximately 100 tons. /year;
These quantities, taken from historical production and regulated on the basis of new activities planned for the urban hygiene service, must be considered only presumptive and are susceptible to increase or reduction depending on the intensityication or otherwise of separate waste collection.
Failure to reach the indicative quantities indicated will not entail any right, recognition or compensation for the successful tenderer since the compensation is established on a per-measure basis
The delivery of the waste in question to the awarded plantio, collected in the city of San Giorgio a Cremano with the "door to door" system for both domestic and non-domestic users, takes place through the Urban Hygiene Services company appointed for this purpose. The recovery of the aforementioned waste consists in carrying out operations8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6ions coded as R13 and R3 pursuant to the provisions of Annex C Part IV of Legislative Decree no. 152/06 and subsequent amendments, at plants in possession of all the required legal authorizations.
