- The UNGSC requires a Contractor for the provision of interpretation and translation support to the international staff at UNGSC Brindisi, Italy. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:The United Nations Global Service Center (UNGSC) seeks an appropriately qualified vendor to establish a Long-term Contract for the provision of in-person interpretation and assistance, documents translation and remote interpretation assistance. The main objective is to ensure staff well-being, effective communication, and access to services in the Italian/English languages.GENERAL NOTES:Specific Requirements:The solicitation documents will provide detailed information, including the Statement of Requirement and Technical Evaluation Criteria.UN Vendor Registration Requirement (i.e., vendor level of registration):The Bidder must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at the Basic level in order to be invited to the procurement procedure at a later stage.
