from economic operators for expressions of interest relating to the assistance and maintenance service including the supply for the technological renewal of the HW and SW components of the 118 system of the Fri Autonomous Regionuli Venezia Giulia (hereinafter also referred to as the "System") to support the operations of the Regional Health Emergency Operational Structure - SORES, for the purpose of a possible purchase procedure referred to in art. 56 paragraph 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36 and s.m.i.
It is specified che INSIEL S.p.A. is a communications operator, registered with no. 19960 of the ROC - Register of communication operators at AGCOM, in the sector of activity called Electronic communication service. The object of this procedure falls within the scope of application of the aforementioned art.56 paragraph 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36 and subsequent amendments
The maximum economic availability for the acquisition in question, including the optional non-binding quota for the Contracting Authority, is equal to €5,862,000.00 (five million eight hundred and sixty-two thousand euros) without IVA.
