• Assignment of the support service for the management of administrative violations of the rules of the highway code, laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the local police as well as the supply of products... Assignment of the management support service of administrative violations of the rules of the highway code, laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the local police as well as the supply of printing products connected to local police activities. The contract has as its object the assignment of the service for the management of administrative sanctions, in all its phases, regarding infringements of the Highway Code and other administrative offenses (laws, ordinances, regulations) ascertained by Local Police personnel, auxiliary personnel and/or other subjects appointed and/or authorized by the Laws and/or by the Municipal Administration of Taranto, dependent on natural and legal persons with residence and headquarters in Italy, abroad, or registered with AIRE. Services include printing and subsequent start of notification of infringement findings and additional sanctions, of friendly warnings (so-called pre-role warnings). The contract is tailor-made and the fee will be determined exclusively on the basis of the documents actually initiated for notification. The presumed total estimated amount of the contract equal to €2,513,415.00 was determined by taking as reference the unit cost (equal to €5.70) of processing the measures relating to the activities covered by the specifications as specified in the table referred to in the art. 5 of the specifications themselves (number of presumed acts for the years foreseen for the unit amount).
