THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT IS FOR THE "SAD SOCIAL ASSISTANCE HOME ASSISTANCE AND ADI INTEGRATED HOME ASSISTANCE" SERVICES REFERRED TO IN THE AREA SOCIAL PLAN (2022-2024), ACTION AND COHESION PLAN - PAC AND ANY OTHER FINANCING USEFUL FOR THE REALIZATION. THE SERVICE SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEL.328 OF 08/11/2000 "FRAME LAW FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF SOCIAL INTERVENTIONS AND SERVICES", OF THE SERVICE OBJECTIVE S.06 OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK, OF THE STATE REGIONS CONFERENCE SESSION OF 22/02/2001 AND SS.MM.II. AND OF THE REG. 18/12/2007, N.28 OF TRANSPOSITION OF REG. 4/2007 SS.MM.II., OF THE DOCUMENT "THE NEW CHARACTERIZATION OF HOME TERRITORIAL ASSISTANCE" (MINISTRY OF HEALTH, 2006), OF THE REGIONAL GUIDELINES FOR INTEGRATED HOME CARE (D.G.R.
