- Contract pursuant to art. 60 of the Code of Public Contracts (open procedure) for the assignment in framework agreement of the "professional performance service for the control of real estate works relating to the Polis Project". The audit activity will be conducted on a representative sample of immfurniture subject to "Low", "Medium" and "Top" type interventions, entrusted to third-party suppliers, in order to verify:
•the commitments undertaken with the Technical Offer;
•compliance with contractual obligations and security;
•the progress of work;

The checks include a check of the regulatory, contractual and accounting documentation and the planning of inspections to be agreed in advance with the Head of the Contract Management and Execution Procedure
