Description:
The initiative, divided into 2 Lots by technological area, concerns:
Lot 1 Basic service:
A.Mainframe and IBM Storage hardware maintenance service for 36 months
Optional service:
B.Renewal option for the IBM Mainframe and Storage hardware maintenance for 12 months
Lot 241042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365:
-Arrange the expansion for NPS as indicated
-Go through with IBM to release any license and usage codes
-Provide the organization of the installation and configuration of the required product, acting as an intermediary towards IBM and towards RAI for the organizational aspects ( I transpose41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365delivery, presence of the necessary technicians, installation, configuration)
-Carry out the tests necessary for the implementation of the system with IBM and RAI
-Issue the documentation necessary for subsequent maintenance (which will remain the responsibility of IBM)
The amount total amount of the contract equal to Euro41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c874823651,520,200.00 VAT excluded, divided as follows between the two lots:
- Lot 1: Euro 890,100.00 I.V.A. excluded, of which: Euro 640,000.00 as the amount for basic services for the duration of 36 months; Euro 250,000.00 as the amount of the optional services for the duration of 12 months; Euro 100.00 as amountnot subject to a discount for security charges against interference.
Lot 2: Euro 630,100.00 V.A.T. excluding, of which: Euro 600,000.00 as an amount for the IBM Netezza Performanc expansion service Euro 30,000.00 as an amount for the maintenance service after 12 months, 10,000 Euros/month...
