- The object of the procedure is the granting of concessions for the exploitation of the mineral waters called "S. Antonio-Sponga" and "Fiuggino", by capturing the springs located in the Municipality of
Canistro (AQ) and the thermal waters called "La salute", "Santa Croce -Pisciarello" meby uptake
of the springs located in the Municipality of Caramanico Terme (PE). The economic operator awarded the
concession will be granted the right to cultivate crops, in accordance with the provisions of Regional Law no. 15 2002 and subsequent amendments, the mineral and thermal waters drawn, as well as to use them for allthe uses envisaged by the Law, except for the burden of acquiring all the opinions, deeds, permits, as well as specific authorizations in matters of health, the environment, soil protection and urban planning, required for the legitimate exercise of the use activities.
