Description:
This procedure concerns the assignment, pursuant to articles. 3, paragraph 1, letter. uu) and vv), 164 et seq. and 183, paragraphs 1 to 14, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of the concession for the definitive, executive design and execution of the redevelopment interventions, regulatory compliance,as well as for the management of public lighting systems in the aggregate territories of the Municipalities of San Martino Siccomario, Cava Manara and Travaco Siccomario. All the project documentation attached to this specification includes the location and description of the intervention to be carried out,the urban destination, the consistency, the types of service to be managed, as required by the art. 183, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
