- design service, consisting of (i) elaboración, in the execution phase of the concession, of the executive project concerning the realization of the works; (ii) preparation of all the elaborates for any obligations aimed at acquiring the necessary permits, no-ease and authorization; (iii) preparation of constructive processors to be linked during the building management phase with the Building Automation systems offered;
