The Disability Service Center is a service for the Municipalities of the District involved in the development of the PLUS. The Conference of Services has arranged to provide for this associated information service as it has an indispensable function in the context of the Social-Assistance Services systemthere. The Disability Service Center intends to guarantee services that aim at the integration of the various professional skills and at providing specific services aimed at the disabled and non-self-sufficiency. It stands as a point of connection for the creation of information desks, of itselfsocial assistance and individualized planning in order to facilitate access to services and services aimed at disabled people and their families, so as to avoid the fragmentation of requests and assessment of need.
