Description:
The service consists of the armed surveillance activity in the restricted security areas of the port facility in the ports of Termini Imerese and the port of Porto Empedocle - four-year period 2023-2026. It includes all protection services against any intentional unlawful actions for the safety ofpassengers, crews, ships, port operators, the public, ports and port infrastructures and any other activity aimed at guaranteeing the regularity and efficiency of maritime transport against any intentional illicit actions, according to the current ProMaritime Safety program approved with Ministerial Decree of MIMS n.59 of 17 March 2022.
The social clause referred to in art. 50 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as a labor intensive service.
