- The service consists of armed surveillance in the common areas, facilities and docks not under concession, pertaining to the Port System Authority of the MdSO at the Port of Palermo. The service, to be carried out through fixed and possibly dynamic control posts, cincludes all protection services against any intentional illicit actions for the safety of passengers, crews, ships, port operators, the public, ports and port infrastructures and any other activity aimed at guaranteeing regularity and efficiencyof maritime transport against any intentional illicit actions, according to the current Maritime Security Program approved with Ministerial Decree of the MIMS n.59 of 17 March 2022.
