The Port System Authority of the western Ligurian Sea communicates the submission of the following applications:
- application dated 03/08/2022 by GNL Med s.r.l., aimed at issuing a state concession pursuant to article 18 of Law 84/94 of duration of 45 years or upon the stipulation of an agreement0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1or replacement of the provision pursuant to art. 11 L. 241/1990 concerning an area of about 30,000 square meters of the port of Vado L.-Bergeggi, currently granted in concession to Reefer Terminal S.p.a., in order to create a Small Scale deposit of LNG and / or Bio LNG having capacity of 20,000 m0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1³ of product
- application dated 28/09/2022 by Reefer Terminal S.p.a., holder of a multi-year concession pursuant to art. 18 L. 84/94, aimed at issuing a supplementary deed to the granting of assent with deed dated 26/04/2001 and subsequent supplementary ones, expiring on 31/12/2027, with hard restatementof the concession until 2050, due to the investments planned on the state property complex
