The ADSP announces that the company West Sicily Gate S.r.l., owner of formal act n. 46/21 and of the connected supplementary act n. 63/2022, for the management, among others, of the cruise terminal of the port of Palermo, with an application prot. ADSP n. 8160 of 06.03.2025 asked for authorization pursuant to art. 24 Second paragraph, first period Reg. Cod. Nav, to make, an artifact (960 square meters), located at the Crispi 2 quay, to be allocated to luggage storage.
This notice is published for 30 solar and consecutive days on the Guri, on the owl, on the praetorian register of the Municipality of Palermo and on the Praetorian Register Online of this body (www.adsppalermo.it). Any observations and/or competing applications may be submitted within the deadline of the aforementioned publication deadline on the Guri at the Body's PEC address.
