- GIVEN the request received via SUA n. 11000, in the protocol of this body at no. at no. 20250048128 dated 01.12.2025, subsequently integrated with documentation acquired in the documents with protocol. n.20250050097 of 16.12.2025, with which e-distribuzione s.p.a. requested release, pursuant to art. 36 Cod. Nav., of a maritime state concession lasting fifteen years, concerning a state-owned area located in the port of Termoli with a surface area of 52.48 m2 with occupations that are difficult to remove and 4325.47 m2 of underground cables and ducts, for the purpose of creating and maintaining an electricity line; SEEN the articles: •18 of the Implementation Regulation of the Navigation Code; •11 et seq. of the Regulations for the use of the areas of the ministerial decree falling into AdSPMAM constituency referred to in ordinance no. 8 of 03.26.2024; •32, 1 co., L. 69/2009 IT IS NOTED that this notice will remain deposited, available to the public, in the online Notice Board of the undersigned AdSP MAM, in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic (GURI) and in the Official Journal of the European Union (GUUE) for 45 (forty-five) consecutive days from the date of publication in the GURI.
