- HAVING REGARD to the request received via "SUA" (One-Stop Administrative Office), with the assignment of case number 10386, acquired in the documents with protocol no. 20250042601 of 11.11.2025, and subsequent integration of 11.24.2025, in the documents on the same date with protocol no. 20250046977, with which e-distribuzione S.p.A., with registered office in Rome in Via Domenico Cimarosa n.4, tax code 05779711000, requested the release of a Formal Deed lasting 25 years, with effect from 1 January 2026, concerning the occupation and use of a maritime state-owned area with a total surface area of 5,652.15 m2, located on the Commercial Port of Manfredonia and on the Alti Fondali Basin, for the maintenance of LV power lines, low and medium voltage underground cables, wall cables, 5 transformation cabins and 30 road lockers;
