- HAVING REGARD to the request received via "SUA" (One-Stop Administrative Office), with the assignment of case number 9701, acquired in the documents with protocol no. 20250031146 dated 8.8.2025, and subsequent additions dated 29.8.2025, 15.9.2025 and 29.10.2025, respectively in the documents of the Institution with n.20250032190, with n.20250034601 and n.20250041047, with which FiberCop S.p.A., with registered office in Milan in via Marco Aurelio n.24, tax code. 11459900962, requested a maritime state concession through a Formal Deed lasting twenty years, part of which in administrative regularization, having the object of which is the occupation and use of a state-owned maritime area with a total surface area of 2,170.40 m2, located in Manfredonia and located in the High Seabed Basin, on the Commercial Port and on the Tourist Port, for the purpose of maintaining a cable telephone system which is partly overhead, in partly on trench cable and partly on wall cable, with the overhead part supported by poles;
