Description:
The context of the social welfare services of the City of Turin is quite complex, both from the point of view of responsibilities between entities and with respect to the territorial situation, within which different realities coexist determined by growing economic difficulties and migratory arrivalstors.
The City of Turin had its solution created on the SISA management platform based on the ICARE framework, generating the solution which can be identified as a whole as SISACOTO (Social Welfare Information System for the Municipality of Turin) owned by the City.
The solutionand SISA makes use of CSI Piemonte as Cloud Provider for the supply of infrastructures useful for the provision of the network and virtualization service and the Consortium has been appointed by the City of Turin to guarantee management and maintenance of the solution.
The application solution is the subject ofdevelopment and maintenance activities as well as specialist assistance to the staff of the City of Turin.
The SISA service is a highly parametric solution that allows you to respond to the regulatory or specific requirements of each individual entity by intervening on the configuration of the modules withoutnecessarily develop additional software. For the provision of services, specialist, product and material skills and technical skills on system technology are therefore necessary.
