Description:
CSI-Piemonte provides some services for itself and for its consortium members, such as Factotum OS, ITSM and asset management applications, which are based on certain Open Source frameworks, namely CMDBuild, Ready2Use and OpenMaint.
The aforementioned services are all now subject to development and maintenance activities41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365fiction. Furthermore, the CSI provides assistance directly to its customers, making use of specialist assistance in relation to the frameworks in question. For this specialist assistance, the Consortium currently makes use of the owner and maintainer of the frameworks themselves, i.e. the scompany Tecnoteca S.r.l. which, as far as is known, is the only supplier to possess the necessary specialist skills, as well as including in its offer some additional functions - integrated into the frameworks themselves and necessary for the provision of services - not otherwise available in modalita Open Source.
