The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has launched a new Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the provision of “A Scientific Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) survey on the bamboo coral Isidella elongata in the Otranto Channel (GSA 18 - Southern Adriatic Sea)”. The purpose of this activity is to contribute to the execution of a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) survey in Southern Adriatic Sear in order to collect data both on the presence and on the condition of the colonies, at least in non-trawled areas. Companies' registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace portal (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender as the procurement process is carried out exclusively on the UNGM portal.
