Description: Unique authorization procedure for the construction and exercise of an energy production offshore plant through the exploitation of the wind in the southern Adriatic sea, pursuant to art. 12 of D.Lgs. 387/2003 and ss.mm. and ii., according to the procedures referred to in the same Legislative Decree, of the circular n. 40/2012 of the MIT (Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport), of Law 241/1990 as amended by Legislative Decree. n. 127/2016 and all current regulations.
