- This procedure has as its object the management under contract of the management of a Socio-Educational Rehabilitative Community (COSER) of 8 places of which 1 place for prompt reception or scheduled reception pursuant to the Marche Region Law n 21/2016. Pursuant to the same legislation lby 09/30/2023 the structure must be converted into a Social-Health Care Residence RD3 in compliance with the dictates of the Regulation approved with DGR NO 937/2020 for Disabled people in relation to the general and specific requirements, taking into account that in the same property there is aanother service of those attributable to the aforementioned DGR NO 937/2020 and specifically the Social-Educational Rehabilitation Center for disabled people with socio-health value (S.R.Dis 2) - Cittadella del Sole for which the re-authorization procedure is underway by on 09/30/2024.
The structure8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6it is located in via del piano snc on the mezzanine floor. The plan of the rooms in use by COSER are those indicated in the attached plan (Annex 1);
The structure currently hosts 7 disabled people meeting the user characteristics expected for this type of structure.
In mereto management, the service is structured on the basis of the functional, structural and organizational requirements envisaged for Co.S.E.R. by the aforementioned legislation of the Marche Region which the entity entrusted with management must comply with.
