- Public notice for the presentation of expressions of interest
The Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta, in implementation of the r.l. 5/2008, intends to proceed with the assignment of the mining sub-concessions "Val Veny" and "Youla", for the exploitation of the natural mineral waters called "Monte Bianco -Fonte Mont Blanc" and "Courmayeur Fonte Youla", as well as the mining sub-concession "Rey" for the exploitation of the spring water called "Fonte Rey", in the Municipalities of Courmayeur and Pre-Saint-Didier, for a period of ten years, pursuant to of the regional law 5/2008 - part IV - title III.
To this end, Region, with this notice, intends to verify the interest in the aforementioned Concessions by economic operators intending to exploit, in order to experiment, in a subsequent phase, in compliance with the Community principles of competition, equal treatment and non-discriminationand, the competitive confrontation between the interested parties who have presented the application and identify the concessionaire assignee. The concessions form a single lot and will be issued to a single concessionaire.
