- The tender relates to the assignment through an agreement - of subtitling services for pre-recorded programs, for a duration of 36 months with an option to renew for a further 12 months, for a total amount of Euro 2,758,920.00 (two million seven hundred and fifty eight thousand nine hundred and twenty/00), netVAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, broken down as follows: Euro 2,069,190.00 as the basic amount for the first 36 months; Euro 689,730.00 for the renewal option for a further 12 months. The amount of the security charges for interference risks is equal to Euro 0.00 (zero/00).
In considerationtion of the nature of the Agreement, the aforementioned total amount represents a non-binding maximum spending limit for Rai, up to which the various types of services covered by the Agreement may be commissioned, through the issue of specific Activations. The valueThe total price of the contract is not subject to a discount, while the contractual prices will be determined on the basis of the single discount offered in the tender on the price lists presented.
The Agreement shall be considered concluded prior to its natural expiry if, before the expiry of thenatural duration, the total amount is used up. Conversely, in the event that the aforesaid total amount has not been used up by the natural expiry of the Agreement, RAI will have the right to extend the duration of the same, in order to reach the contractual amount
