- EXTERNAL SUPPORT SERVICE TO THE FUNCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUAPE DESK OF THE UNION OF MUNICIPALITIES OF PLANARGIA FOR THE DURATION OF 36 MONTHS. The contract in question concerns the assignment of the support service to the one-stop shop for production and construction activities of the Union of Municipalities of the Planargia and specifically Front Office and Back Office services which include, by way of example, the management of incoming practices through formal control, verification and activation of any preliminary assistance, orientation and assistance of users for a correct classificationmanagement of the requests in the preliminary phase to the presentation of the same, preparation of the preparatory documents for the progress of the process, support for the monitoring and management functions of the activities within the SUAPE portal, but also promotional function aimed at dissemination and betterknowledge of the existing opportunities and potential for the economic development of the territory.
