- All the services object of the assignment of the definitive and executive design service and execution of the works in question are described in art. 1.1 of the Special Tender Specifications (hereinafter referred to as CSA). Basic tender amount: € € 21,372,963.83 VAT of which € 817,409.97 for the projectfinal settlement, € 547,866.28 for the executive design, € 20,007,687.58 for works, plus € 400,742.00 VAT for safety charges on the works not subject to a tender discount. The amount of the above design was calculated, net of taxes, social security contributions and prhighlight them, applying the Parameters Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 17.6.2016 concerning "The tables of fees commensurate with the quality level of the design services", pursuant to art. 24, ch. 8 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Code), as specified in the artrt. 1.4 del CSA
