- Contract in the form of the Type 2 Framework Agreement for the materials handling service for the needs of the Rome TV Production Center in the city of Sanremo and surrounding areas of the province of Imperia. The tender amount includes the labor costs that the station contractste has estimated equal to 765,926.70 non-rebasable Pursuant to article 41 paragraph 14 of the Code. These values were defined through market research, as best resulting from the PxQs, taking into account the labor costs deriving from the application of the Multiservice Collective Bargaining Agreement. The possibility remains for thisany economic operator to demonstrate that the overall reduction in the amount derives from a more efficient company organization or from tax reliefs which do not entail penalties for the workforce. In exceptional cases, the contract may be extended for the period during executiontime strictly necessary to conclude the procedure for identifying the new contractor if the conditions indicated in the art. 120 paragraph 11 of the Code. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the services covered by the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditionsions provided for in the contract. The attached contract template contains a price revision clause.
