- This ITB is finalized at the establishment of one or more Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the Provision of Maintenance and certification of Biosafety Cabinets and Fume hoods - Six LOTs, for an initial term of three (3) years, renewable on a yearly basis for additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor(s).Signature of LTA(s) shall not in any way be deemed to be a firm commitment on the part of FAO regarding any quantity for future services. Actual quantities to be ordered will depend on future requests and will be confirmed through issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) by FAO Headquarters and Decentralized Offices.Company registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace portal (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender as the procurement process is carried out exclusively on the UNGM portal.
