- garden and green area cleaning service consisting of manual sweeping, emptying of waste bins, cleaning of paths and manual and mechanized weeding in the territory of the Municipality of Trieste divided into two lots for a period of 48 months, with the possibility of renewal under the same conditions contrcurrent for a further 12 months at the unquestionable judgment of the Client AcegasApsAmga.
Pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the right to participate in this procedure is reserved for economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is the integrationsocial and professional action of disabled or disadvantaged people, when at least 30% of the workers of the aforementioned economic operators are made up of workers with disabilities or disadvantaged workers, according to the provisions of article 112, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/ 2016
