- The Joint Research Centre (JRC), Ispra (VA) site, intends to enter into a four-year framework contract (4 years) for the organisation of training courses on occupational health and safety at workplace, and radiation protection for its staff according to Italian and Community legislation. By virtue of Law No. 906 of 1.8.1960 ‘Approval and execution of the Agreement between the Italian Government and the European Atomic Energy Commission (Euratom) for the establishment of a Joint Nuclear Research Centre of general competence, concluded in Rome on 22 July 1959-, the Commission applies, under its sole responsibility, the Italian provisions concerning hygiene and safety at work. The training shall take place pursuant to Art. 37, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended and Articles 110-111-112-113 and 129 of Legislative Decree 101/2020 as amended and the State-Regions Agreements of 22.2.2012.
