- The framework agreement regulates works, services and supplies, with a prevalence of works pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and provides for the assignment of works, services and supplies for maintenance interventions on the road body and its appurtenances, including services for winter practicability,the mowing of the vegetation along the docks, the ordinary and extraordinary emergency maintenance, as well as the recovery of the bituminous pavements. The maintenance interventions and the provision of services cannot be predetermined in number but will be identified by the Appa StationAt the same time, during the execution of the Framework Agreement.
